Delivery Problems

My order status shows "delivered", but I have not received anything yet. What should I do now?

It can sometimes happen that an order has already been scanned by the delivery person, but has not actually been delivered yet. Often the package will then be delivered the next day, or possibly left with the neighbours. Therefore, always wait at least 24 hours after receiving the email with the status ‘delivered’ and also check with your neighbours if they might have accepted the package.

If the order is still not delivered after this period, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, so that we can immediately start an investigation with the carrier.
