Personalized/custom items like engraved darts or printed flights and shafts cannot be returned, and registered returns regarding personalized/custom items will not be accepted.
Be advised that customers are responsible for the design that they upload and must follow our rules and guidelines as indicated on the product page. We will apply your uploaded picture or text exactly as you provided it in the personalisation tool.
In case you have reason to believe there is a quality issue with your products, even when following our guidelines when creating your order. Or if there is a manufacturing issue, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will then look together at the issue at hand and may be able to resolve this issue for you.
