Ordering on a weekend day (Saturday & Sunday):

Be advised that although we keep processing some orders during the weekend, all orders placed during the weekend will be shipped earliest on the next business day.

Ordering during the holiday season (Black Friday weekend until the end of January):

As we receive a lot more orders during the holiday season, and therefore, process a lot more volumes during this time it can sometimes happen that your order takes longer to be processed than usual.

Although our warehouse staff will do everything within their power to have your order handed over to the postal carrier during this period, some delays may occur within the postal carrier's network around this time. For that reason, we advise you to place urgent orders before this period starts.
