Problems with placing or paying for an order

Are you unable to place an order? This can sometimes be caused by cookies that block the ordering process. In that case, try deleting your browser's cookies and placing the order again.

Also, always check if all your details are entered correctly, such as your address, email address, and payment information. Incorrect or missing details can prevent the order from being completed.
 

Problems with payment or checkout

Is payment not working? After each step, try clicking ‘Confirm’, including on the chosen payment method. In some cases, the order is created, but the payment is not successfully processed. This causes the order to remain unpaid and not be shipped.
In that case, please contact our customer service immediately. We will gladly check what exactly went wrong and inform you about the next steps.
