Defective product? We’re happy to help!
Have you bought a product from us that is defective? Don’t worry, we’re ready to assist you.
At Dartshopper, you have 1 year (12 months) warranty, counted from the invoice date.
What to do if defective within 12 months?
Are you experiencing a problem with your product(s) and did you purchase it less than 12 months ago?
Then we will first assess, based on the visual material you provide, whether the defective part can be repaired or replaced.
If that is not possible, we will offer you a suitable solution.
Please note: the warranty only applies to manufacturing defects.
Below you can read exactly what is and isn’t covered.
When do we accept your warranty claim?
We accept your warranty request within 1 year after the invoice date when:
The product has been used according to the instructions and no excessive actions have been taken that caused the defect (such as damage due to misuse).
You provide evidence showing that it concerns a manufacturing defect.
-
The product shows problems during normal use that you as a user cannot fix yourself.
In exceptional cases, you may need to contact the supplier directly.
If this applies, you will always receive clear instructions from us on how to do so.
When is a defect not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not apply when:
You have repaired or modified the product yourself, or had this done by others.
(Replacing dart tips is not included here.)The product has been exposed to abnormal conditions, handled carelessly or used contrary to the instructions.
The defectiveness (partially) results from government regulations regarding the nature or quality of materials used.
You have previously claimed warranty for the same product. The warranty period always starts on the invoice date of the original order and is not extended with a replacement.
You cannot provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate the defect. We reserve the right to request this proof before approving a claim.
