In most cases, all mail is delivered within three working days, often even within 24 hours. However, it can happen that an order is delayed during the carrier's sorting process. Carriers do their utmost to deliver delayed shipments within five working days.

Was your order delivered later than stated? That is of course unfortunate. Sometimes the carrier can be busier than usual, for example around holidays or during peak periods. Because we as the sender depend on external carriers, it is unfortunately not possible to reimburse shipping costs in case of delivery delays.
