Shipping and delivery
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 pm are shipped the same day.
Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes place within 1-3 working days via regular carriers, but may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Late delivery
Has your order been delivered later than expected? That is of course unfortunate. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that the carrier is busier than usual. In that case, we ask for your understanding; unfortunately, we cannot reimburse or refund the shipping costs.
Not delivered or delay in tracking
Do you see in the tracking information that your order has been shipped, but it seems to have stalled and has not received a new update 5 days after the last update? Or does it say that your order has been delivered while you have not yet received anything?
