Discount codes

Have you received a discount code? Then pay close attention to the validity period.
During promotions, this is stated with the promotion itself or in the email you receive about it.

Do you receive a discount code from our customer service, for example as compensation for a justified complaint?
Then it is usually valid for 12 months. Our staff always indicate until when the code can be used.

Please note that some products are excluded from discount promotions.

Gift vouchers

Have you received a gift voucher?
This is valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can be easily redeemed via our website.

Note: you can only redeem one gift voucher or discount code per order.
Do you have multiple codes and want to combine them?
Then contact us via the contact form, our team can combine your codes into one credit code with the total amount.
