Receiving your gift voucher

The Dartshopper Gift Voucher is always sent digitally by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.
No physical gift voucher by post is sent.

You will therefore find the gift voucher in your mailbox.
Have you not received the e-mail? Please also check your spam or junk mail folder, sometimes the e-mail can end up there.

Did you choose to have the gift voucher sent directly to someone else?
Then let that person know that an e-mail from Dartshopper is on its way and that it may end up in the spam folder.

The e-mail contains a unique gift voucher code, which the recipient can easily use during checkout in our webshop.

If you, or the person to whom you had the gift voucher sent, still cannot find the e-mail with the code, please feel free to contact us via the contact form or via the chatbot.
It is possible that a typo was made when entering the e-mail address.
