Delivery status

My parcel has been delivered to a collection point, what now?

Delivery at a collection point or locker

Your parcel can be delivered to a collection point or locker for various reasons. Sometimes you, as the recipient, get to choose, depending on the size of your order and the available storage space at the collection point. In other cases, a collection point is used because you were not at home during delivery and the parcel could not be left unattended.

Collection point
When the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered to a collection point, you can collect it yourself there with a valid ID within a certain time frame (usually 7 days).

Locker
The same applies to a locker as to a collection point, except that in addition to a delivery confirmation, you also receive a bar or QR code which you use to open the locker. The code is sent via email or SMS and is sometimes also visible in the tracking information.

The address details of the collection point or locker are always shared via email and in the tracking information.
If you do not collect the parcel within the specified period, it will be automatically returned to us.

Can’t collect your parcel on time? Then ask someone you know to do this for you. You can authorise someone else with a valid ID for a collection point, or share your pickup code for a locker with someone you trust.
