Multiple orders in one return shipment

Yes, you can return multiple items from different orders in one box.
Please make sure to clearly note on a slip or in a document which product belongs to which order number, so our returns department can process everything easily and clearly.

We also recommend using our returns portal.
Through this, you will receive a trackable shipping label, so we can assist you if anything goes wrong during shipping.
If you prefer to use your own shipping label, that is of course allowed, but please note that in that case we are not responsible for what happens to the package during transport to us.
