Step 1: Register your return via our returns portal.

Click here and enter your order number and email address, then follow the steps.

Step 2: Prepare your return for dispatch.

Pack the products neatly in the envelope or box in which you received the shipment. If you no longer have that, use another sturdy packaging.

Step 3: Take your parcel to a parcel point.

Take your parcel to the parcel point and keep your shipping receipt safe until we have fully processed the return! You will automatically receive an email once we have started processing your return.

Step 4: Receive the full refund*.

You will receive your full refund* for the returned products back to your account, credit card, or pay later account.
