It is not possible to return engraved darts or other personalised products. The reason for this is that products personalised at your request cannot be resold.
Exceptions only apply if there is a production error in the printing or engraving, or a general production fault in the product concerned. In such cases, we can offer appropriate compensation.
It is necessary to first contact our customer service for this. They will always ask you for clear photos of the identified defects. These photos must clearly show that the final result does not match the design you provided during personalisation.
