When we have to cancel an order with engraved darts, there can be several reasons.
In some cases, the order for the engraving has been received, but the actual darts have not been added to the order. Without darts, we cannot carry out the engraving.
It also frequently happens that customers order darts that are not suitable for engraving. This can occur, for example, when there is insufficient space on the barrel to neatly apply the design.
Additionally, it can happen that we have received both the darts and the engraving, but that no design has been added via the personalisation screen. In that case, we always contact you first to receive the missing design.
If we do not receive a response within the specified period, the order will be automatically cancelled and the full purchase amount refunded.
