Warranty

Defective product? We are happy to help!

Have you purchased a product from us that is defective? Don’t worry, we are ready to assist you.

At Dartshopper, you have 1 year (12 months) warranty, counted from the invoice date.

What to do in case of a defect within 12 months?

Are you experiencing a problem with your product(s) and did you purchase it less than 12 months ago?
We will first assess, based on the visual material you provide, whether the defective part can be repaired or replaced.
If that is not possible, we will offer you a suitable solution.

Please note: the warranty only applies to manufacturing defects.
Below you can read exactly what is and isn’t covered.

When do we accept your warranty claim?

We accept your warranty claim within 1 year after the invoice date when:

  • The product has been used according to the instructions for use and no excessive actions have been performed that caused the defect (such as damage from misuse).

  • You provide evidence showing that it concerns a manufacturing defect.

  • The product shows problems during normal use that you as a user cannot fix yourself.

In exceptional cases, you may need to contact the supplier directly.
If this applies, you will always receive clear instructions from us on how to do so.

When is a defect not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not apply when:

  • You have repaired or modified the product yourself, or had it done by third parties.
(Replacing dart tips is not included here.)

  • The product has been exposed to abnormal conditions, handled carelessly, or used contrary to the instructions for use.

  • The defectiveness is (partly) due to government regulations regarding the nature or quality of materials used.

  • You have previously claimed warranty for the same product. The warranty period always starts on the invoice date of the original order and is not extended with a replacement.

  • You cannot provide or provide insufficient evidence to demonstrate the defect. We reserve the right to request this proof before approving a claim.

  • It concerns consumables such as dart flights, shafts, and dart tips. These wear out or break normally during use.

  • It concerns gift cards, vouchers or digital products.

  • It concerns personalised products (e.g. printed or engraved via our personalisation tool) where the instructions on our website have not been correctly followed.
