Shipping information

My order has been shipped but I have not received anything yet, what can I do?

In most cases, all mail is delivered within three working days, often even within 24 hours. However, it can happen that an order is delayed during the carrier's sorting process. Carriers do their utmost to deliver delayed shipments within five working days.
If this does not happen, you can contact our customer service so we can check this for you.

Was your order delivered later than indicated? That is of course unfortunate. Sometimes it can be busier than usual at the carrier, for example around public holidays or during peak periods. Since we as the sender are dependent on external carriers, it is unfortunately not possible to reimburse shipping costs in case of delivery delays.
