Issues with placing or paying for an order
Are you unable to place an order? This can sometimes be caused by cookies that block the ordering process. In that case, try deleting your browser's cookies and placing the order again.
Always check that all your details are filled in correctly, such as your address, email address, and payment information. Incorrect or missing details can prevent the order from being completed.
Problems with payment or checkout
Is payment not working? Try clicking ‘Confirm’ after each step, including the chosen payment method. In some cases, the order is created but the payment is not successfully processed. As a result, the order remains unpaid and will not be shipped.
