Receiving your gift voucher

The Dartshopper Gift Voucher is always sent digitally by email to the email address you provided.
No physical gift voucher is sent by post.

So you will find the gift voucher in your mailbox.
If you have not received the email, please also check your spam or junk mail folder, as sometimes the email may end up there.

Did you choose to have the gift voucher sent directly to someone else?
Then let that person know that an email from Dartshopper is on its way and that it may end up in the spam folder.

The email contains a unique gift voucher code that the recipient can easily use during checkout in our webshop.

If you, or the person you had the gift voucher sent to, still cannot find the email with the code, please feel free to contact us via the contact form or via the chatbot.
It is possible that a typo was made when entering the email address.
