Converting your account to a business account

When you are logged into our website, you can easily convert your existing account to a business account. You can do this via the account settings. Once you mark your account as a business account, additional input fields will appear where you can enter your VAT number and other business details.

By filling in these details, your order will automatically be processed as a business order. This ensures that your invoice is correctly prepared with the right business information and VAT details.
 

Note: please ensure your details are correct before ordering. We cannot amend invoices afterwards.

After completing your order, you will receive an invoice by email from us.
Note: we cannot issue or send invoices in advance. The invoice is automatically generated after placing and processing your order.

Important for business customers

Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means you cannot make use of the right to return or cancel as with private purchases, unless the product is defective or we have made an error in delivery.
