How do you receive your refund?
Your refund is always processed via the same payment method you used when placing your order. Below you can find what to expect per payment method.
iDEAL, Bancontact and other direct payment methods
For regular payment methods, it can take 2–10 working days before the amount is visible in your bank statement.
Pay later methods (e.g. Klarna)
Did you pay with a pay later method?
Then we refund the amount to the payment provider who advanced the amount on your behalf.
Once they have processed the refund, your outstanding invoice will automatically be cancelled or adjusted.
Credit card
When paying with a credit card, the processing time may vary depending on the card issuer and the amount paid.
In most cases, the refund will appear within 2–14 days on your credit card statement.
For higher amounts or depending on the terms of your credit card company, it may take up to 30 days before the refund is visible.

PayPal
Did you pay via PayPal?
Then we will transfer the amount back to your PayPal account.
The amount usually appears in your PayPal balance within 5 working days.
If you have linked a bank account with automatic allocation for incoming transactions, the amount will then be automatically forwarded to that account.
