Are you not satisfied with the order you received or did you receive a defective item? Then we will solve that for you!

Register your item(s)

You can register a return of the products you purchased within 30 days after delivery and additionally return them within 14 days after the registration period ends and the return has been correctly registered. Be advised that the return costs are for your own account, these will not be reimbursed by us. After you have indicated to return one or more products, you can send back your goods by using a standard tracking shipping service.

You as the shipper are responsible to keep an eye on your tracking as it is being transported back to us. If you do make the choice to ship your goods back to us untracked, we hold no responsibility over the status of your parcel or the delivery process.

All Business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

There are 2 types of returns:

Right of return within 30 days with an additional 14 days to send the order back once registered.
Return due to a defective or wrong product

1: Conditions of the right of withdrawal within 30 days

If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving any reason and without any conditions. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the trader with all the accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

Remarks:

There is no user damage visible, either on the product or on the packaging.
There is no question of a tailor-made product, such as products that have been especially printed or processed for the customer.

Reimbursement

If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the entire purchase amount, including the original shipping costs made when placing your order, to your bank, credit card, or PayPal account within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a credit invoice via email. If the returned product(s) does (do) not meet our return conditions, then the purchase amount will not be credited and we will contact you about this.

Be advised that from the moment your parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, it may take up to 2 weeks before our returns department sorts, processes, and issues a refund for your returned goods after your goods have been thoroughly checked.

2: Return due to defective or wrong product

Are your purchased items defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly? Then we will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please use contact our support team directly and clearly indicate which products you would like to return and if there is any user damage visible along with photos or a video of the issue you are encountering.
