It is not possible to return engraved darts or other personalized products. The reason for this is that products personalized at your request cannot be resold.
Exceptions only apply when there is a production error in the printing or engraving, or a general production defect in the product concerned. In such cases, we can offer appropriate compensation.
It is necessary to first contact our customer service for this. They will always ask you for clear photos of the defects found. These photos must clearly show that the final result does not match the design you provided during personalization.
