FAQ

Why is my order taking longer to arrive than what is indicated on your site?

At Dartshopper, we understand how important it is for you to receive your order quickly. Our shipping timeframes are carefully estimated, based on information from our trusted third-party shipping partners. However, certain circumstances may cause unexpected delays. This article explains why your order might take longer to arrive than indicated, and what steps you can take.

Understanding our delivery estimates

All delivery times displayed on Dartshopper are indicative and based on average transit speeds provided by our carriers. Factors such as destination, carrier capacity, and public holidays can affect the speed and accuracy of delivery.

Common causes for shipping delays

  • Delays at postal carriers or distribution centers (for instance, due to local strikes or weather conditions)
  • Unexpected high shipment volumes
  • Customs clearance procedures in your country
  • Public holidays. In particular, before, during, and directly after Black Friday and Christmas.

Special notice: Before, during, and right after the World Darts Championship, which typically begins in December and lasts up until January, our order volumes may significantly rise in a short period of time. This may cause some delays in the order processing stage.

What you can do if your order is delayed

  1. Check your shipment’s tracking link for real-time updates.
  2. Allow additional time, especially during peak periods or international shipping.
  3. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 days, contact our support team for assistance.
