How do I change or cancel my order?

At Dartshopper, we understand that sometimes changes or cancellations to your order are necessary. We aim to process orders quickly so you can enjoy your dart equipment as soon as possible. Below explains how to change or cancel an order, important timeframes, and steps for a smooth experience.

Understanding our order process

Orders placed before 22:00 on business days are typically processed the same day. Once an order enters processing, picking and shipping move quickly. For this reason, changes or cancellations may not always be possible if your order is already in the warehouse workflow.

How to request an order change or cancellation

  1. Contact Dartshopper Customer Service immediately through the chatbot.
  2. Provide your order number and detail the change or request for cancellation.
  3. Our team will check if the order can be altered or cancelled based on its status.
    When requested before the order has entered the processing stage, your order will be paused by the chatbot.
  4. If the order has shipped, you may need to return it after delivery, following our return process.

  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled before warehouse processing begins.
  • If already shipped, use our 30-day return policy to manage unwanted items.
  • Refunds are processed after the item is returned according to guidelines.
