Returns and refund requests

Do you want to return your product because you changed your mind?
That is, of course, no problem! At Dartshopper, you get as much as a 30-day cool-off period. That should be enough time to decide, right?

Using this reflection period and returning your product is very easy. For a full refund*, it is important that the items are returned in original condition and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.

Note: personalized items, such as printed shirts or printed flights, cannot be returned.

Read below exactly how the return process works and which conditions apply.

Step 1: Register your return via our returns portal.

Click here and enter your order number and email address and follow the steps.

Step 2: Prepare your return shipment.

Pack the products neatly in the envelope or box in which you received the shipment. If you no longer have it, use another sturdy packaging.

Step 3: Bring your package to a parcel point.

Bring your package to the parcel point and keep your shipping receipt safe until we have fully processed the return! You will automatically receive an email as soon as we have processed your return.

Step 4: Receive the full refund*.

You will receive your full refund* of the returned products back to your bank account, credit card, or afterpay account.

Note! Do not just send a return to us without registering your return. This way, you prevent your return from getting lost.

Does your product not meet the return conditions?
Then a depreciation of up to 40% may be charged. The reasons for this can be found at the bottom of this page. This depreciation is necessary to restore the product to top condition.

You are only responsible for this depreciation if you have used the product more than necessary to assess how it works or to test the features.

If the product can no longer be repaired, we will send it back to you.

Business orders

Business customers do not have a legal right of withdrawal. Do you still want to submit a return request? Then click here to contact our customer service. After reviewing the request, you will receive further information from us.
 

If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal (our reflection period is, however, standard 30 days), you can return the products without giving any reason and without any conditions. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned to the entrepreneur. For the fastest possible processing of your return, we ask you to register the return via our returns portal. If you prefer not to use this, that is no problem for us. You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The direct costs for returning the products are at your expense. Returns are always at your own risk, even if problems arise with the carrier.
 

The reason for the depreciation is shown on the credit invoice. Below are the reasons for the possible depreciation of the return shipment.
