To cancel an order, you must submit a cancellation request immediately after placing the order via our chatbot, which you can find at the bottom right of the page.
Important: Orders can only be canceled when the payment has been fully received.
Have you already paid but cannot find the order via the chatbot?
You may have entered an incorrect order number, or the payment has not yet been received by us. Check if you have received an order confirmation in your email.After you have successfully submitted your cancellation, the chatbot will indicate this immediately. It can then take up to 5 business days for the order to be definitively canceled and refunded. After the refund, it may take another 2-4 business days before the amount is visible in your account. When the order is definitively canceled, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund details.
Cancellation No Longer Possible
Does the chatbot indicate that the cancellation is no longer possible? Then your request was submitted too late and the order is already being processed.
Once in the processing stage, orders can no longer be canceled, so it is recommended to submit your request as soon as possible via the chatbot.
Note: During busy periods (for example around holidays), it may take longer for your request to be handled.
We explicitly ask you not to submit multiple requests, as this only delays the process further.
Change Items or Quantity
Do you want to cancel only a part of your order and still receive the rest?
Indicate this to the chatbot after submitting your cancellation request. An employee will try to take this into account during processing.
Important Remarks
If you submit a cancellation request via the contact form or by phone, there is no guarantee that the order will be canceled in time.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, so it is important that the cancellation is submitted via the chatbot.
The option to submit a cancellation request is a service from Dartshopper; no rights can be derived from this request.
