Problems with placing or paying for an order

Are you unable to place an order? This can sometimes be caused by cookies that block the ordering process. In that case, try deleting your browser cookies and placing the order again.

Also, always check that all your information is entered correctly, such as your address, email address, and payment information. Incorrect or missing information can prevent the order from being completed.
 

Problems with payment or checkout

Is payment not working? Try clicking 'Confirm' after each step, including when selecting the payment method. In some cases, the order is created, but the payment is not successfully processed. This causes the order to remain unpaid, and it will not be shipped.
