Change shipping address
Did you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address when ordering and want to change it? You can easily do this via our chatbot (at the bottom of the page).
Please note that processing an address change may slightly delay the handling of your order. You will receive updates about the status of your order by email.
Note: Please clearly provide the address change in the following format:
Address + house number (when applicable)
Postal code + city/region
If this information is not provided correctly or completely, processing may be further delayed.
Because we process orders quickly, it is possible that your order has already been shipped before the change can be made. In that case, unfortunately, we can no longer change the address. Of course, you can still make use of your right of withdrawal.
We are responsible for delivery to the address provided by the customer. If the package is delivered to the address you entered (but that is incorrect), neither we nor the carrier can be held liable.
