Be advised that an address change may cause your order to be delayed by a minimum of 24 hours, you will be notified by mail once this happens.
An address change can only be requested through our chat. Using our contact form in order to establish direct contact with our support team may not guarantee your address change to be implemented before your order gets processed and shipped. In this case, your parcel will automatically be returned to us once deemed undeliverable by the postal carrier.
