Changing personalized items

Have you placed an order with personalized items and would like to make a change? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

It may be that the printing company has already started production of the personalized item, in which case no changes can be made. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process the change in that case.

Do you want to change another product that is not personalized but is in the same order? Please also inform our customer service as soon as possible.
