Use of gift cards

Our gift cards can be used once per order.
When a gift card has already been redeemed and no remaining balance is left, the associated code is automatically deactivated and cannot be used again.

Are you not sure if you entered the code correctly?
Then check the email you received when purchasing the gift card; it contains the correct code. Also, watch out for any spaces when entering it. 

Please note that gift cards have a validity period of 2 years, counted from the date of issue.
After this period, the (remaining) value of the gift card expires and can no longer be redeemed.
