Have you just played with your new darts and a tip broke off? Unfortunately, that can happen. Darts are relatively fragile and can be damaged by a fall or a ‘bouncer’.

To prevent damage, we recommend always playing on a soft surface, preferably in combination with a dart mat. This helps to absorb bounces and protect your darts. Additionally, it is wise to always have spare parts at home.

Has a tip still broken off?

• Do you have Swiss Point darts from Target? Then you can easily replace the tips yourself with the Target Swiss Point Tool.
• For other darts, you will need a repointing machine for this.

Are your darts new and already broken? That is, of course, very unfortunate. In that case, please contact our customer service via email. Please include:

• A clear photo of the damage
• A brief explanation of how the damage occurred
• A photo of your setup (for example, your dartboard, surface, and dart mat)

Based on this, we can assist you further and possibly provide tips to prevent damage in the future.
