My order has not been shipped yet. When will it be sent?

Status of your order

Have you not yet received an email stating that your order has been shipped? First, check whether the payment was processed correctly.
It is possible that your order has been delayed due to high volume in our warehouse or with the delivery services.

You will always be kept informed about the status of your order via email:

  1. You will first receive an email with the warehouse status of your order.

  2. Then you will receive an email once your order has actually been shipped.

Did you place an order with personalized products or back-order items? Please note that shipping may take a little longer. Our website always indicates the expected delivery time for these products.

Ordered a pre-sale item? Then you will receive your order on the specified date as stated on the product page.
