Delivery at a pickup point or locker
Your package may be delivered to a pickup point or locker for various reasons. Sometimes you, as the recipient, get to choose, depending on the size of your order and the available storage space at the pickup point. In other cases, a pickup point is used because you were not home during delivery, and the package could not be left unattended.
Pickup point
When the tracking shows that your package has been delivered to a pickup point, you can pick it up there yourself with a valid ID within a certain period (usually 7 days).
Locker
The same applies to a locker as to a pickup point, except that in addition to a delivery confirmation, you also receive a bar or QR code to open the locker. The code is sent via email or SMS and is sometimes also visible in the tracking information.
The address details of the pickup point or locker are always shared via email and in the tracking information.
If you do not pick up the package within the specified period, it will be automatically returned to us.
Can’t pick up your package on time? Then ask someone you know to do it for you. You can authorize someone else with a valid ID for a pickup point, or share your pickup code for a locker with someone you trust.
