Dartshopper provides a 1-year warranty on electronic products.

Do you think your product is defective or needs to be reset? Please contact our customer service.
Describe the problem as clearly as possible and, if possible, include photos or videos. This way, we can assist you faster and better.

For some electronic products, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer directly. This is the case for more advanced products such as Granboards or camera systems. The manufacturer often has a special technical department that can read malfunctions remotely, allowing the problem to be resolved more quickly.

When this applies, our customer service will provide you with clear instructions on the next steps.
