Once you have placed an order and it has been paid for, including any shipping costs, you will receive your order without any additional charges from our end. 
Do keep in mind that for Canada, additional region-specific fees may apply based on your area. Unfortunately, we as the shipper are unable to cover these costs.

Please note: if you use a “Pay later” service, such as Klarna, this service first advances the amount to us. The payment obligation then remains open in your Klarna account until you have settled it yourself.

If you still receive an email about an outstanding amount, always check whether the sender is legitimate before taking any action.
