Can I still modify my order?

Changing items or quantity

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order after it has been placed. Did you forget to add something or have you changed your mind? Then we kindly ask you to contact us via the chatbot to cancel the order. This is sometimes possible if the package has not yet entered the processing phase.

Once you have received a confirmation from our customer service that the order has been cancelled, you can place a new order yourself.

Tip: Always carefully check your shopping cart before placing the order to make sure all desired items and quantities have been added.
