My tracking link has not provided updates for several days

Has your track & trace not provided any updates for several days? This can have various causes. There may be a delay within the network of the relevant parcel service, for example due to one or more holidays, or because of local weather conditions.

Does it seem like there is no logical explanation? Then contact our customer service immediately. In that case, we can initiate an investigation with the parcel service and inform you about the current status of your package.
