Sometimes it can happen that an order is already scanned by the delivery person but has not actually been delivered yet. Often, the package will then be delivered the next day or possibly left with the neighbors. Therefore, always wait at least 24 hours after receiving the email with the status "delivered" and also check with your neighbors to see if they may have accepted the package.
If the order is still not delivered after this period, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can immediately start an investigation with the carrier.
