When you pay with a post-payment method, such as Klarna, the payment platform advances the purchase amount to us on your behalf.
As soon as we have processed your return and refunded the amount, we do this directly to Klarna. Klarna then closes the outstanding invoice in your Klarna account, so you no longer have to pay anything. After we have refunded the amount to Klarna and you have received a confirmation of this, the further process takes place entirely through Klarna.
Waiting for a refund
It may take 1–5 business days for Klarna to fully process the refund and close your invoice. You will automatically receive a confirmation email from Klarna about this.
