How to return your item(s)

You can return your products within 30 days after delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.

After registering your return, you may send your package back using any tracked shipping service.
You, as the sender, are responsible for monitoring the tracking information.
If you choose to ship your return without tracking, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost parcels or delivery issues.

Business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  2. Return due to a defective or incorrect product

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (within 30 days)

If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you may return the product without giving any reason.
The item must be returned with all included accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Conditions

  • The product and packaging must show no signs of user damage.

  • The item may not be a custom-made or personalized product.

After registering, the return address will be shown on your screen.

 

Refunds

If your return meets the conditions above, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, to your bank account, credit card, or PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the return.
You will also receive a credit invoice via email.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the purchase amount will not be refunded. In that case, we will contact you.

Important: Once your parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it may take up to 2 weeks for our returns department to sort, inspect, and process your refund.

 

2. Return due to a defective or incorrect product

Did you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
We will resolve this as quickly as possible!

Please contact our support team directly and clearly indicate:

  • Which product(s) do you wish to return

  • Whether any user damage is present

  • Photos or a video showing the issue
