Why am I not receiving my order within the indicated time?

At Dartshopper, we understand how important it is for you to receive your order quickly.
Our estimated delivery times are carefully calculated based on information from our trusted external shipping partners. However, certain circumstances can sometimes cause unexpected delays. In this article, we explain why your order may take longer than indicated and what steps you can take.

 

Understanding our delivery time estimates

All delivery times displayed on Dartshopper are indicative and based on average transit times from our carriers. Factors such as destination, carrier capacity, and public holidays can affect the speed and accuracy of delivery.

 

Common causes of delays

  • Delays at postal carriers or distribution centres (for example, due to local strikes or weather conditions)

  • Unexpectedly high shipping volumes

  • Customs processing in your country

  • Public holidays, especially before, during, and immediately after Black Friday and Christmas

Special note: Before, during, and immediately after the World Darts Championship, which usually starts in December and lasts until January, our order volumes can increase sharply in a short time. This can cause delays in our order processing phase.

 

What you can do if your order is delayed

  • Check the tracking link for your shipment for real-time updates.

  • Allow extra time, especially during busy periods or for international shipping.

  • If your tracking has not been updated after 5 days, please contact our support team for assistance.
