Personalised products, such as engraved darts, printed flights, shafts or surrounds, cannot be returned.
Has your personalised product been delivered with a manufacturing defect? Then contact our customer service directly for an appropriate solution, and do not forget to immediately send a clear photo of your complaint so that we can assess it.
Please note: you are responsible for providing the correct texts, images and designs that need to be printed or engraved.
On the product page you will find the specific guidelines your design must comply with.
If the submitted files deviate from these, the responsibility lies with the customer.
